Installation Steps for Aluminium Linear Drain

1. Measure the drain groove length. Cut the outer channel 1 cm shorter than the groove, and cut the inner channel 1.5 cm shorter.
2. Measure the center of the drainage hole, allowing 0.5 cm for the end cap. Drill the hole using a 45 mm hole saw.
3. Apply silicone sealant along the edges of the outer channel and the end cap. Assemble the end cap onto the channel, then apply silicone sealant to the drain pipe joint and attach it to the back of the channel.
4. Pour cement into the drain groove and carefully place the outer channel in position. Seal the joints with grout, clean the surface, and finish the details.
5. Insert the odor trap into the drain pipe joint.
6. Place the inner channel: for the standard model, simply position the inner channel inside the outer channel. For the tile-insert model, first apply a thin layer of cement, fix the tiles, grout the joints, then place the inner channel on top to complete the installation.
